As a seasoned attorney, I have the skills and qualifications to handle a variety of legal matters effectively. While the majority of my practice involves real estate law, I often handle business and corporate law transactions as well.

My primary practice areas include:

  • Common interest subdivisions, including condominium projects, new construction, condominium conversions, failed multi-phased projects, commercial condominium projects, live-work projects, shelf condominiums, site condominiums, planned unit developments, mixed-use projects, master planned communities, BRE public reports, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approval issues and affordable housing.   • Real estate purchase and sale transactions, involving raw land, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, mixed-use buildings, golf courses, multifamily housing and option agreements
  • Easements and licenses
  • Leasing for commercial or industrial properties. I own rights to use AIR leases.
  • Multifamily housing, including purchase and sale and Fannie Mae financing
  • Commercial lending, involving acquisition and development loans and construction loans, borrower's counsel opinions, forbearance agreements, subordination agreements and broker agreements
